Assistant Night Manager

Job Description:

The Chicago Chop House is interviewing for an assistant night manager. Responsibilities include following proper procedures and guidelines for opening and closing the restaurant. Serve as assistant maitre’d to meet or exceed each customer’s expectation of the Chicago Chop House. Support management team and assist with execution of all Chicago Chop House initiatives and policies. Demonstrate management ability through building effective relationships with customers, supervisors and staff. Scheduling of employees and assist with liquor and wine inventories. Responsibilities are not limited to the mentioned duties.

Job Requirements:

Two to three years current upscale restaurant management experience required. Candidates for this position should have a strong sense of hospitality, be detailed-oriented, have effective communication skills, be a team player, and have a high level of motivation and the ability to follow instructions. Wine knowledge and Maitre’d experience preferred.
