With our USDA Prime or higher steaks butchered in-house daily, it is hard to make a bad choice — including Grade A5 Japanese Wagyu beef, extensive selection of USDA Prime wet and dry-aged steaks, up to our 26-ounce dry-aged Tomahawk Ribeye.


We are proud to serve Meats by Linz Heritage genuine Black Angus USDA Prime beef that is aged to perfection. Our Linz Heritage USDA Prime steaks are hand-cut in house and available both wet and dry-aged in a variety of cuts and sizes. We are Chicago’s only steakhouse devoted exclusively to USDA Prime and superior-grade cuts—each meticulously hand-cut in-house to ensure an unparalleled dining experience.
