With our USDA Prime or higher steaks butchered in-house daily, it is hard to make a bad choice — including Grade A5 Japanese Wagyu beef, extensive selection of USDA Prime wet and dry-aged steaks, up to our 26-ounce dry-aged Tomahawk Ribeye.

We are proud to serve Linz Heritage genuine Black Angus USDA Prime beef that is aged to perfection. Our Linz Heritage USDA Prime steaks are hand-cut in house and available both wet and dry-aged in a variety of cuts and sizes. We are Chicago’s only steakhouse devoted exclusively to USDA Prime and superior-grade cuts—each meticulously hand-cut in-house to ensure an unparalleled dining experience.

Make your meal surf-and-turf by adding a crab cake or a hearty lobster tail. Customize with our Signature Chop House Butter, Danish Blue cheese or truffle butter, or with horseradish, hollandaise, Béarnaise or peppercorn sauce.
