$500 Deposit
Parties of 6 to 8 guests or any Holiday reservation will require a credit card number to hold the reservation. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Full cancellation on the day of the reservation will result in a charge of $20 per person.
Parties over 8 guests require a deposit of $250 to hold the reservation ($500 on prime days). The deposit will be applied to the final bill.
Should the party drop below 75% attendance without 24-hour notice the deposit will be withheld. The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled without 48-hour notice. Any party increase without prior notice/ communication may result in cancellation of the reservation and deposit withheld.
All parties have a 18% mandatory service charge added to their bill (21% for parties of 9 or more). The Chicago Chophouse only seats complete parties and reservations can only be held for only 15 minutes.
If the initial guest count is 9 or above and decreases to 8 or less the 21% will remain intact.
We allow up to 4 separate checks. If more than 4 checks are needed in order to fully pay the master check, the deposit will be withheld as a credit card processing fee.
